Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Happy Times application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Browse and book vendors
Track event planning tasks

Prohibited Use

Use for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload malicious code or viruses
Spam or send unsolicited invitations
Reverse engineer or access source code

Event Management

Event Creation

  • Use templates or create custom events
  • Provide accurate event information
  • Obtain permission before inviting guests

Guest Management

  • Obtain consent before adding guests
  • Respect guests' privacy and RSVP decisions
  • Do not spam guests with invitations

Event Privacy

  • Events are private by default
  • Visible only to invited guests
  • You control who can see your events

Event Cancellation

  • Cancel or delete events anytime
  • Guests will be notified of cancellations
  • Notify vendors of cancellations

Vendor Services

Vendor Directory

Vendor information provided by vendors and admins
We do not guarantee vendor availability or quality
You are responsible for verifying vendor credentials
Report fraudulent vendors to support

Vendor Bookings

Important: Bookings made through Happy Times are between you and the vendor. We facilitate connections but are not party to agreements. Payment terms are between you and the vendor.

Payment Tracking

Happy Times provides payment tracking tools

Actual payments are made directly to vendors

We do not process payments or hold funds

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates.

No Warranties

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, vendor quality, and event success.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any). We are not responsible for vendor disputes or event failures.

Termination

Termination by You

  • • Delete your account in app settings
  • • Contact contact@happytimes.ai
  • • Cease to use the Service

Termination by Us

  • • You violate these Terms
  • • You engage in prohibited activities
  • • Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. You remain liable for activities before termination.
